Special Burger - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
6 hamburger rolls
Preparation
-
Preheat broiler.
Combine meat and seasonings.
Butter each half of rolls.
Spread meat mixture on rolls, covering to edges. Broil 3 inches from heat for about 5 minutes or until brown.
Cut each half into quarters and serve warm.
