Gold Coast Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 c. golden mushroom soup
    1 c. thin sliced carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 small green pepper, cut in strips
    dash of sage
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    In skillet, brown chops; pour off fat.
    Stir in soup, 1/4 cup water, onions, carrots, pepper and sage.
    Cover; simmer for 15 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
