Jalapeno Cornbread Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. yellow cornmeal
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour milk or dairy buttermilk
2 eggs
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. cream-style corn
1 tsp. minced jalapeno peppers
2 tsp. minced green peppers
1 small onion, minced
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients.
Pour into 2 hot 12-cup greased muffin pans (or line with paper baking cups) to 2/3 full.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 24 medium size muffins.
