Hawaiian Pancake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. butter
2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
juice of 1/2 a lemon
jelly, jam or syrup
Preparation

Melt the butter in a 12-inch iron skillet until hot, but not burnt, in a 425\u00b0 oven. Combine flour, milk, eggs and nutmeg.
Beat lightly and leave the batter a little lumpy.
Pour into hot skillet.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with the sugar and lemon juice.
Serve with your favorite topping.
