Oven Fried Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (6 oz.) lean center cut loin pork chops
    1 egg white, lightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    dash of garlic powder
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Trim fat from pork chops and set aside.
    Combine egg white and next 4 ingredients.
    Stir well. Combine bread crumbs, Italian seasonings, paprika and dash of garlic powder. Stir well. Dip chops in egg white mixture. Dredge in bread crumb mixture.
    Place chops on a rack in a roasting pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Turn and bake 25 more minutes or until done.
