Mom'S Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chickens, cooked and boned, or 8 to 10 legs, thighs, etc.
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
    4 stems celery, chopped
    2 onions, chopped
    1 c. broth from cooked chicken
    1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire or steak sauce
Preparation
    Cook and bone chickens (save broth).
    Saute celery and onions in butter or margarine.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan; heat for 5 minutes.
    Combine sauce, sauteed vegetables and chicken in electric frypan.
    Simmer, breaking up chicken. Serve over snowflake rolls, biscuits, etc., or directly on plate.
