Potato Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 slices bread
    instant potatoes (serving for 4)
Preparation
    Brown onions and celery in margarine.
    Add bread; add more margarine if necessary.
    Mix instant potatoes as instructed on box, except very wet.
    Add first 4 ingredients to potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
