Salad Dressing For Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. cream or milk
    pinch of salt
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Put the vinegar, water and dry mustard in a saucepan to heat. When it begins to boil, stir in the eggs that have been beaten with the flour.
    Add the cream, salt and sugar.
    Stir constantly until the mixture thickens.
    Cool.
    Before using, dilute with milk or cream to desired thickness.
    Keeps well in refrigerator.
