Cream Of Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower, broke into pieces
    2 carrots, shredded
    2 medium potatoes, diced
    1 large onion, chopped
    6 chicken bouillon cubes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 stick margarine, melted
    3/4 c. pancake batter
    1 large (16 oz.) sour cream
    sprinkle parsley flakes
Preparation
    Make broth from bouillon cubes, enough to cook vegetables.
    Add vegetables.
    Cook until tender.
    When the vegetables are done, add the margarine, pancake batter and sour cream.
    Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
    Simmer for 5 minutes longer.
