Sticky Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    butter
    flour
    pepper
Preparation
    Break cauliflower into small flowerets.
    Cook to crisp-tender and drain.
    In a wide skillet, melt butter enough to coat flowerets.
    Spread cauliflower in pan and roll with spatula to coat all.
    Sprinkle with pepper and sprinkle with a tablespoon or more of flour.
    Roll again to make sure all are coated.
    It becomes a little sticky.
