Country Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    3 to 5 potatoes
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Cut baking potatoes into 1/8-inch slices.
    Place in bowl with 2 tablespoons oil, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper.
    Place skin side down on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake at 422\u00b0 until tender.
    Add parsley if desired.
