Easy Hot Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Crisco
1 egg, beaten
1 pkg. dry powdered yeast
3 1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Mix ingredients until yeast granules are dissolved and mixture is smooth.
Stir in flour, kneading in the last if necessary.
Put ball of dough into a well-greased bowl, turn over to coat surface with Crisco.
At this point, dough may be covered and allowed to rise or can be placed in refrigerator overnight.
Punch raised dough down.
Pinch off and form in cloverleaf rolls in greased muffin tins.
Let rise until doubled in size.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Makes 15 rolls.
