Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls (8 per pkg.)
    16 oz. soft cream cheese
    1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. Ranch dressing
    vegetables, chopped fine (tomato, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, onion, etc.)
Preparation
    Press crescent rolls out onto jellyroll pan.
    Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool.
