Caramel Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter
2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
4 c. 10x confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Melt butter. Add brown sugar and evaporated milk. Cook 2 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir together confectioners sugar and vanilla. Combine with butter mixture and beat until smooth. Let cool slightly, then frost layers.
