Crab Meat Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. finely chopped celery
2 Tbsp. (2 pkg.) Knox gelatine
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. lump crabmeat, flaked
Preparation

In a double boiler, mix cream cheese, soup and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth.
Add celery and onion.
Blend the 2 packages of gelatine with 1/4 cup cold water.
Add to double boiler mixture.
Remove from heat.
Fold in crabmeat.
Pour into oiled mold.
Allow to set 3 hours or overnight before unmolding.
Serves 12.
