Kahlua - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. sugar
2/3 c. instant coffee
2 c. boiling water
1 vanilla bean
1 liter vodka

Preparation

Mix well the sugar, instant coffee and boiling water.
Let cool.
Add vodka and vanilla bean.
Ferment at least 2 weeks. Makes 2 liters.
