Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sirloin steak
salt
pepper
onion
green pepper
tomato sauce
sugar
Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Boil steak 3 to 4 hours or until tender enough to easily break apart.
Shred and place meat in skillet or crock-pot.
Add salt, pepper, onion, green pepper, sugar and Worcestershire sauce to taste.
Stir in tomato sauce (approximately 16 ounces per 2 pounds of shredded meat).
Simmer for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Serve with rice.
