Double Good Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. water
    2 eggs
    7 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients with the flour; mix in a bowl. Mix 2 minutes on low speed of electric mixer; set aside.
    Combine flour mixture with the remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Mix 3 minutes with a heavy-duty electric mixer at medium speed.
    Mix 3 minutes at medium speed.
    Cover; let rise in a warm place (85\u00b0), free from drafts, about 3 hours, or until the dough has doubled in bulk.
    Punch dough down.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
