Country Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 qt. sauerkraut
    chopped onion (optional)
    2 c. raw regular rice
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Place in a large roaster.
    Cover ingredients with water.
    Lay a few bacon strips across the top. Cook at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
