Chicken Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, chopped chicken
    1 c. cooked wide noodles
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. each: pimento, green pepper and onion, chopped
    1 c. milk
    1 c. chicken stock
    4 Tbsp. oleo
    4 Tbsp. flour
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients with a sauce made of the remaining ingredients. Melt oleo. Add flour. Stir until dissolved. Add other ingredients. Cook until thickened. Mix with chicken mixture and put in casserole dish to reheat later or serve as is. Serves 6 to 8 people.
