Green Beans With Fresh Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 large tomato, peeled and chopped
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. green beans, cooked
Preparation
    Saute green pepper and onion in butter until soft, about 5 minutes.
    Add tomato, oregano and salt.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Add cooked beans.
    Stir and cook just enough to heat thoroughly. Serves 4.
