Asparagus Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus
    1 1/4 c. chicken broth
    1 c. plain yogurt
    1/4 c. grated Gruyere cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and white pepper to taste
Preparation
    Steam asparagus in broth until tender (do not discard liquid). In blender, puree asparagus and broth.
    Add yogurt and cheeses. Blend well.
    Season to taste.
    May be served warmed or chilled. Serves 4.
