Broken Glass Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. each: lemon or lime, cherry or strawberry Jell-O
    1 1/2 c. boiling water (for each pkg.)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 envelope plain gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 c. hot pineapple juice
    2 c. heavy cream
    ladyfingers
    sugar (for whipped cream)
Preparation
    Dissolve the 3 packages of flavored gelatin dessert in 1 1/2 cups hot water and chill in separate cake pans until firm 1 day before.
    Cut into cubes 1 1/2-inches wide.
    Soften the plain gelatin in cold water and dissolve in hot pineapple juice.
    Cool and fold into sweetened whipped cream.
    Fold the colored Jell-O carefully into whipped cream mixture.
    Turn into spring-form pan which has been lined with the ladyfingers.
    Chill at least 6 hours before serving.
