Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bell pepper, sliced in rings
    2 large carrots, thinly sliced
    1 to 2 onions, sliced
    2 small yellow squash, sliced
    1/2 bunch broccoli pieces
    1 c. sliced cucumber
    6 to 10 fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
Preparation
    Marinate vegetables in Italian dressing for 24 hours and serve.
    (Other fresh vegetables may be substituted according to personal preference.)
