Persimmon Cake - cooking recipe

1 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. persimmon pulp
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix the oil, sugar, eggs and pulp.
Sift the flour, baking powder, nutmeg, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add the pecans. Mix all together. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 75 minutes in a tube pan. Test with a toothpick.
