Pasta With Shrimp And Broccoli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Tbsp. olive oil (extra virgin)
1 lb. large shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 bunch broccoli, blanched until crisp-tender
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes or to taste
1/4 c. chopped Italian parsley
salt
splash of white wine
splash of chicken broth
Parmesan cheese
3/4 lb. shell pasta, cooked al dente
Preparation

Saute shrimp in medium-high skillet with oil until pink and half done, about 2 minutes.
Add garlic, pepper flakes, parsley and salt. Toss. Add broccoli; toss to coat.
Add liquids and toss again. Add pasta and toss well. Salt and pepper and toss with Parmesan cheese. Serve at once.
Serves 4.
