Addie'S Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar, salt and scalded milk slowly.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Bake in moderate oven 25 to 30 minutes.
    The custard is done when a knife put in center comes out clean.
