Upside-Down Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar pizza sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with chopped onion.
    Pour off fat.
    Blend pizza sauce, garlic salt and oregano with the browned ground beef. Put mixture in a greased 9 x 12-inch pan (or a jelly roll pan). Sprinkle with grated Mozzarella cheese.
    In a small bowl mix the eggs, milk, oil, salt and flour.
    Pour mixture over the meat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
    Mushrooms, bell peppers, sausage or Canadian bacon may be added with the Mozzarella cheese.
