Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. light Karo corn syrup
1/2 c. water
2 c. raw peanuts
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Combine sugar, corn syrup and water; cook to 220\u00b0.
Add peanuts and butter and cook to 298\u00b0, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and baking soda, stirring thoroughly. Pour onto large, buttered cookie sheet.
Let cool.
Break into pieces.
