Angel Flake Biscuits * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 yeast cake or 1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    4 tsp. sugar (if sweeter bread is desired, use 4 Tbsp. sugar)
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 sticks butter
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, salt, soda and baking powder.
    Add yeast which has been dissolved in the 1/4 cup lukewarm water; cut in cold butter.
    Mix with buttermilk.
    Roll out, cut and bake at 400\u00b0.
