Mushroom Chicken(Serves Four) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 whole leg quarters
1 family size cream of mushroom soup
1 family size cream of chicken soup
2 (8 oz.) cans mushrooms
2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 can fried onions
Preparation

Take chicken and place into 10 or 12-inch baking pan with cover.
Season with seasoned salt and garlic (both sides).
Add cream of mushroom soup, then cream of chicken soup.
Blend lightly.
Add mushroom pieces to cover mixture.
Then add fried onions.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until chicken falls off bone.
Serve over rice or egg noodles.
