Roman Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chopped raw apples
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix chopped
apples with sugar; set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add
dry ingredients except nuts together, then add oil, vanilla and
eggs
to
mixture.
Beat
well.
Now
add
apple mixture and nuts and blend together into a 13 x 9-inch greased and floured cake
pan
and
bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. When cake is done and cooled, sprinkle powdered sugar sparingly on top.
