Mom'S Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pans cornbread, crumbled up
    4 to 5 slices white bread
    2 eggs
    1 chopped onion
    1 bunch chopped celery
    butter
    salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and a little sage to taste
    turkey or chicken broth
    4 to 5 chopped, boiled eggs
Preparation
    Crumble up cornbread.
    Dry up white bread and break up into little pieces.
    Mix in with cornbread.
    Beat eggs and mix in. Saute onion and celery in butter until done; add to cornbread mixture.
    Add salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and a little sage to taste.
    Add turkey or chicken broth; mixture should be moist but not soupy.
    Add boiled eggs.
    Pour into baking pans and bake at 375\u00b0 until done.
