Pecan Delight Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. saltines (18 crackers)
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat egg whites, baking powder and salt until thick.
    Beat in sugar until meringue holds a peak.
    Fold in cracker crumbs and pecans.
    Pour into greased pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Cool.
    Cover with Cool Whip.
