Creamy Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. yellow squash
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, drained
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
2 medium onions, chopped
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing
Preparation

Cook squash and drain.
Mix the next 5 ingredients.
In a large dish, place a layer of squash, then a layer of mixture, then sprinkle half of the herb stuffing.
Start with another layer of each.
Put stuffing last, then the stick of butter on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
