Plan Ahead Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. lean beef stew meat
2 carrots, sliced 1-inch thick
1 medium potato, sliced
1 small onion, coarsely chopped
1 (10 oz.) can cream of tomato soup
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 bay leaf
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Combine beef, carrots, potato, onion, salt, pepper, bay leaf, soup and water in baking dish.
Cover tightly.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 5 hours or 200\u00b0 for 8 hours.
