Chocolate Rum Angel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/3 c. cold water
    3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 Tbsp. rum or rum flavoring
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
    sweetened whipped cream
    fresh strawberries
Preparation
    Blend first four ingredients in top of double boiler and cook over simmering water, stirring until mixture is of custard consistency and coats a spoon, about 10 to 15 minutes.
