Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pkg. dry Lipton onion soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. regular rice
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 to 2 lb. chicken thighs or breasts
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Sprinkle onion soup in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with rice. Combine water with mushroom soup and pour over rice.
    Arrange chicken pieces on top.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4.
