Barbecue Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. jumbo shrimp, washed, but left in shells
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 medium onion
1/4 c. fresh parsley
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. vegetable oil
juice of 1 lemon
Preparation

Blend all ingredients, then combine with shrimp and refrigerate overnight.
When ready to cook, place a sheet of aluminum foil over the grill.
Poke it with small holes.
Spread the shrimp over the foil and cover.
Baste generously with marinade and turn frequently.
Cook for about 20 minutes.
Peel and eat.
