Sweet Sour Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. spareribs
4 cloves garlic
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. shoyu
pinch of salt
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 can pineapple juice (6 oz.)
pineapple chunks
Preparation
-
Boil first 6 ingredients together for 45 minutes.
Mix cornstarch with juice for thickening.
Add when ready to thicken. Add pineapple chunks last.
