Cilantro Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. loosely cilantro leaves, chopped
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 round loaf bread
Preparation

In small bowl, combine sour cream, cilantro, lemon juice, garlic and salt.
Chill until ready to serve.
With knife, slice top 1/3 off bread.
Hollow out inside, leaving 1/2-inch shell. Cut bread from inside into 2-inch cubes to use.
Fill hollowed bread with chilled dip.
