Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 lb. fresh green beans or 1 1/2 pkg. frozen (9 oz.)
    1 can (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes
    2 tsp. tomato paste
    1 chopped green pepper
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    In skillet, brown beef and add onion and garlic.
    Saute 5 minutes.
    Stir in all remaining ingredients.
    Bring mixture to boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Simmer, covered, about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until beans are tender.
