Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. hot sausage (whole ham sausage is good)
    3 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and roll into bite size balls. Bake 15 minutes in oven at 350\u00b0 or lightly browned. Best served warm or at room temperature. Makes 30 servings. Preparation time: 0:30.
