Homemade Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. tender quick salt
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. peppercorns
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix and shape into rolls.
    Wrap in foil or wax paper and refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Bake 1 hour, unwrapped, on rack at 300\u00b0; turn once.
    Refrigerate before serving.
