Sure Fire Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. shortening
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 egg
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Mix together the first 4 ingredients.
Beat remaining ingredients together and fold into flour mixture.
Wrap in wax paper and chill for at least 15 minutes before rolling.
Will keep for about 3 weeks in refrigerator.
