Corn Bread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix (baked per directions)
    1 c. chopped green onions
    1 large red, green or yellow bell pepper, chopped
    2 medium ripe tomatoes, chopped
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    10 or 12 strips bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
    2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Preparation
    Crumble cooled corn bread, add onions, peppers, tomatoes and celery; mix well.
    Add mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
    Refrigerate several hours.
