Bombay Celery Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. cream cheese, softened
    3 Tbsp. chopped, salted peanuts
    1 Tbsp. chopped chutney
    8 ribs (8 inches each) celery
Preparation
    In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, peanuts and chutney until well blended.
    Stuff each rib of celery with 1 tablespoon of cheese mixture.
    Cover and chill.
    Cut into 2-inch pieces.
