Mozzarella And Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Mozzarella
    1 c. grated Romano
    1 c. mayonnaise
    30 drops Tabasco
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    2 (6 to 8 oz. dry weight) cans artichokes
Preparation
    Easy to make.
    Drain and chop up artichokes.
    Grate Mozzarella.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put in casserole dish. Microwave on High for 20 minutes; turn 90\u00b0 halfway through (edges may brown) or 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
