Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. quick oats
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. cut rhubarb
1 c. white sugar
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Mix flour, oats, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon.
Press 1/2 of mixture in 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Cover with rhubarb.
