Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. hash browns
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. melted butter
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 to 10 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes.
    Mix all other ingredients and microwave until cheese melts, about 2 minutes.
    Add potatoes.
    Use 9 x 13 pan.
